If an event is interrupted or suspended for any reason, and is not terminated within 48 hours of its inception, all bets relating to the events will be void.
In the event that a player withdraws, the bet will be settled but only in the case of markets with a confirmed outcome (e.g. winning set).

2. Each bet on the ticket must have minimum odds of 1.50, if there is any game less than odds of 1.50 on the ticket, the ticket will not be eligible for CUT ONE.
3. Adding any game of less than 1.50 on the ticket disqualifies it even if your games are up to 12.
4. You need to have a minimum of 11 winnings on the ticket
5. If the odds of the game that spoilt your ticket is 1.60, this is how we will calculate it.
    - We will first divide the total odds of the ticket by the odd of the game that spoilt your ticket as shown below
    - Total odds 1500.66 / 1.60 = 937.91
6. The result of the previous calculation will be multiplied by your stake
      937.91 x 100 = 93,791.00
    - You get 5% of N93,791.00 which is N4,689.55

You placed an accumulator with N100 and lost it because 1 game spoilt it but we still pay you for a bet you lost.
NOTE: The maximum amount that you can get is N10,000 for the CUT ONE GET PAID !
The physical winning tickets must be tendered.
Cash Out
- How Cash Out works
Cash Out allows you to collect part of the winnings on your bet before all the events you are betting on have finished. The amount you receive is determined at the time of cashing and will depend on the current probability of winning the bet, so it may be greater or less than the initial stake.
Cash Out is subject to live betting markets which can be volatile during a sporting event, especially in the late stages. As the odds change, the Cash Out will either increase, decrease or be completely removed.


- Cash Out example
A ticket with three events where you bet 100 on Team1 winning.
Assuming the odds are 2.00, 3.10 and 1.50 and the potential payout is 930 if all odds are successful.
Five minutes from the end, the three matches have a result of 1:0; at this time the Cash Out value could be 750 so you could decide to Cash Out and collect the current value.


- Cash Out Terms and Conditions
Cash Out is available on a wide variety of markets. However, the company has the right to remove some matches, competitions or sports from the Cash Out offer at anytime without prior notice.
Cash Out are available for single and multiple bets. System/Integral bets cannot be cashed out.
Cash Out are not available if the odds of an event are suspended.
During Cash Out request, any price changes, suspension of markets, and any other system errors that are detected may cause the cash out to be rejected.
If the Cash Out request is successful, this will be displayed and the bet will be settled shortly.
The actual final result of the related market will have no impact on the Cash Out amount.
The Cash Out amount offered at any time is the total amount that will be returned to your account if successful.
Where we have reason to believe that a Cash Out is carried out after the outcome of an event is known, the company reserves the right to void the orignal bet that was Cashed Out.
Any bets that are settled in full or part using Cash Out will not count towards the turnover requirement of any offer (only setteled events in the cashed out ticket will count towards the turnover requirement).

In the case of a prematch event, which is in progress (live) at the moment of the cash out request, it will not be possible to complete the request (the cash out request will not be processed), because of pending settlements on the events. The aforementioned functionality will be implemented in the future.

The company reserves the right to accept or decline any bet requested for any sport, competition, market or bet type that is included in The Cash Out feature.
The company can change, suspend or remove completely the Cash Out feature (or any part of it) at any time for any event, fixture, market or customer. Any bets placed on such events, fixtures or markets will stand as originally placed.
The company can reverse the settlement of a Cash Out if the bet or a market is wrongly settled.
The company cannot guarantee that the Cash Out feature will be available on your bet selection.
The company will not be responsible if the Cash Out feature is not available for technical reasons and bets will stand as originally placed during any such period.
The company is not responsible for losses due to the Cash Out feature not being available for technical reasons.
